Tommy was a really sweet guy and always a lot of fun. I was really sad to hear that he had passed away. I didn't even know that he had been so ill so it was quite a shock when I read that he had died. I'll miss him and remember fondly all the fun times we had in junior high and high school.

Tommy was truly a gentle giant. To me he was always easy going and lots of fun. However, you knew that if there was a problem you wanted to be on Tommy's side. He could clear a room faster than anyone I knew. I did not get the see him much in the last 20 years but I always knew he was my friend. Many memories, all of them pleasant.

I echo Butch's thoughts; a gentle humble person who would walk the walk. On the football field, you get to know a guy pretty well, maybe even more than you'd like. Tommy was top shelf, and definitely a guy to have in your corner. I attended his funeral, and heard witness to the wonderful family man he was. What better tribute?

Tommy was a friend. I have some great pictures of our last reunion of Tommy, me and Roger Boone laughing and having a great time. Its hard to believe that both of them are gone. I will miss Tommy not being with all of us this next time.

Tommy, Kenneth, Butch, Roger, Floyd, Murry, McPherson,so may more of us grew up together, lived at each others houses, ate dinner together and played and fought as hard as we could.

Tommy was our rock. He worked with me during our senior year cleaning lights and changing air filters at Kelly Springfield. He was (is) a special soul.

You are missed "Fat Tom"

Tommy was like a brother to me since his older brother Jimmy and my bro were best friends and still are. Kind of like extended family. Their mom used to be at everything they did. Tommy was the "all around" friend because I don't believe there was anyone who didn't think he was great. gone but not forgotten...

Yes,Tommy was a wonderful person. He was everyones best friend. I do not think he had any enemies. I was married to him for 12 1/2 years and we had a beautiful daughter together. I saw him the day he died. Believe it or not, we were still friends. I was so shocked when Lori called me to tell me her Dad had passed away. We knew it was a matter of time, but did not expect it to happen like it did. I still love him in my heart. Thank you for all of your sweet comments about Tommy. His Family appreciates it so very much! Donna Gimble (Butcher) Morriss
