Memorial services for Ron Green, 60, Whitehouse, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, April 7, 2012 in the chapel of Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home with the Rev. Sherman Mayfield officiating.

Ron passed away April 4, 2012, in Whitehouse. He was born April 25, 1951, in Tyler to the late Chester and Betty Sue Green.

He lived in the Tyler area all of his life, and was the owner and operator of Ron Green & Associates Construction Co. He was a member of Lake Tyler Baptist Church and a founding member of the Tri County Youth Football League. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Green.

He is survived by a son, Corey Green, and his fiancée Amanda Cheatham; her daughter Abigail; ex-wife, Beverly Green, Tyler; special friend, Karen Enright, Whitehouse; her sons, Trey (Amanda), and Russel (Candace); brother and sister-in-law, Tommy and Betty Jo Green, Tyler; their children, Chasiti and Micheal; sister and brother-in-law, Belinda and Rick Baisch, Dallas; their children, Andrew, Amelia and Abbey; stepson, Chad Ward (Amie); stepdaughter, Staci Goff (Stephen); many great-nieces and great-nephews.
